Relax on soft couches, enjoy an intimate meal or listen to the friendly banter in the bar whilst enjoying your favourite tipple.
The hotel is very informal, so you can take time out to appreciate delicious coffees, fresh ciabatas, sandwiches and home made soups. For those who would like a more hearty meal there are always plenty of home cooked favourites. Succulent steak pies and mouth watering Lasagnes.
Fine Scottish beef, chicken and seafood are always on the menu, prepared in a wide choice of flavours and styles.
There’s a special menu for children and a great choice of naughty puddings for after including locally made farm house ice creams from Overlangshaw Farm.
The Bar stocks a fantastic choice of Whiskies, Bottled Ales and Wines plus all the usual favourites of Spirits and Soft drinks. There are always lots of local characters to keep you company and the music levels are kept low, so you can enjoy your conversation.
The Bar and Lounge are open from 10am for freshly made coffees. Lunch is served from 12 noon and Evening Meals are available from 6 – 9pm. Food is served 7 days a week but be sure to book a table if you’d like to eat in the restaurant.
